At ANCESTRAL, every piece is handcrafted with intention, precision, and respect for the natural emeralds we work with.
We want you to feel deeply connected to the jewelry you choose.
If for any reason your piece is not what you expected, we offer a clear and respectful return policy.


Eligibility for Returns

Your piece is eligible for return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be accepted, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging (pouch, box, and any included materials)

Because each emerald is unique and delicate, pieces that show signs of wear, impact, or damage cannot be accepted for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces

  • Altered or resized items

  • Final-sale products

These creations are crafted specifically for you and cannot be restocked.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery back to us.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will prioritize your case and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

At this time, we offer exchanges only for the same product if it arrives damaged or defective.
For all other cases, a return + repurchase is required.
